3. I'm getting Error 13, or 'no wifi hardware found', but I have a wireless card

Easy WiFi Radar supports 95% of all wireless adapters, but not all. We don't have a list of supported or unsupported devices, you need to try it out.

This error may also occur on Windows Vista PCs.

4. Why doesn't Easy WiFi Radar detect or connect to my accesspoint?

A) The signal strength may be too low. You can see the signal strength when you hover with your mouse over the dot representing your access point.

B) The access point may be encrypted with a WEP-key and you haven't set that key. You may do so from the Options Menu \ Home and Office WEP Key

C) The access point may be encrypted with a WPA-key. WPA is NOT supported by Easy WiFi Radar.
