Manual - Part2

What does the navigation key do?

The navigation button on your device has five functions when pressing the key:

  • Center - Shows orientation help. Two rectangles move along the side of the screen to indicate which part of the webpage you are viewing. You may toggle this on and off.
  • Left - Navigates back to the previous page.
  • Right - Navigates forward to the next page.
  • Up - Shows the menu
  • Down - Hides the menu

Please note that the navigation key may look different on your device.

Which settings can be adjusted?

The settings menu allows you to change the following items:

  • Set the default home page
  • Set the menu time-out. Lets you control the time it takes before the top menu appears on screen.
  • Keyboard layouts. You may toggle between a keyboard with vowels on top, a keyboard with alphabetic layout and a standard QWERTY-keyboard. Please note that a QWERTY keyboard requires 10 characters in a row. On a 240 pixels wide screen, this means considerably smaller key sizes.
  • TouchFlow. On certain HTC devices, a utility called 'TouchFlo' may interfere with finger gestures in the browser canvas. It may suddenly launch touchFlo unintentionally. To prevent this, you may turn TouchFlo off. A restart is required.
  • Sound. You may enable and disable the key click sounds.
  • Show Help lets you watch this webpage with manual and faq.
  • About. This contains information about our company and our contact info
  • Cancel. Returns to the main screen without saving settings.
  • Save. Saves the settings.
